Competitive Edge to provide Complete Campaign Management, including Financial Accounting, Media, Fulfillment and Retail Services for Butch Harmon’s New Instructional DVD titled “Butch Harmon About Golf.”
San Luis Obispo, CA -- June15, 2011 – Las Vegas based Butch Harmon Golf Events, Inc. announced today that Competitive Edge Media & SLOVentures, Inc. has been awarded a contract to manage the sales, marketing and campaign management of the long anticipated instructional DVD entitled Butch Harmon on Golf. The Title Sponsors are Titleist, Rolex and Winn Grips, and the DVD was produced and directed by Seven Time Emmy® award winner Terry Jastrow, who has produced the top two selling golf instructional DVD’s in recent years – “Phil Mickelson: Secrets of the Short Game” and “Tom Watson: Lesson’s of a Lifetime”.
The DVD, with more than 50 chapters and 4 hours of running time, will launch in April 2012. Several of Butch’s well known students – past and present – will appear in the DVD. Students scheduled to appear include Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Fred Couples, Nick Watney, Natalie Gulbis, Adam Scott, Greg Norman, Davis Love III and Ernie Els. The content of the DVD will include topics from putting, chipping and sand play to selecting the right clubs, and will include both a fitness section and special content for kids, seniors and woman.
Jack Stoberski, Butch Harman Golf Events VP, was enthusiastic about the project and Competitive Edge’s management of the campaign. “We are grateful to have Competitive Edge/SLOVentures involved in the day-to-day management of the campaign.
